1. Overview
Welcome to Code & Sync. By accessing our website and services, you agree to these terms. We provide digital engineering and growth services to businesses worldwide.
2. Services & Deliverables
Scope of work is defined in individual project contracts. We commit to delivering high-quality code and design assets as specified in our discovery phase.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Generally, upon full payment, Code & Sync grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the developed software.
3.1 Specific IP Exclusion (Insurance Systems)
Referring to the project "Palmsure Insurance (Digital Transformation)": Code & Sync acknowledges that all business logic, legacy migration algorithms, and customer data structures developed specifically for this project are the sole Intellectual Property of the Client. Code & Sync retains no ownership over the insurance-specific logic but retains rights to generic utility libraries used in the construction of the system.
4. Liability
Code & Sync is not liable for indirect damages or business interruptions caused by third-party API failures (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, Resend) or hosting outages.
